Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs clearance processes

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
